Management Changeover – Landlords

A quick note from both XXXX and myself, wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

It’s been a whirlwind takeover here at The XXXXXX and we’re learning a lot, everyday!

We have been in contact with your tenants a couple of times via both introductions and having them update the banking deposit details.

We have the end of month disbursement for the balance of the rent monies set down for the 1st or 2nd of January 2020.

Both XXXX and I look forward to working with you as your managing agents and in ensuring your investment property continues to provide you the best return possible.
